NO! BILL PACKED IT!

Bill carries "Better Safe Than Sorry" to an Art Form. Your breakable is somewhere safe inside that package----inside the double boxing, styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap----way down in the center is your special treasure.

We try to send packages within 24 hours of payment receipt. Your address will be copied and printed exactly from the form or email you send to us.

Still problems do happen (Once a Shawnee salt & pepper set destined for a small town in Georgia sat in the Miami Home Depot for two months, but it did finally get straightened out!). We save all insurance slips and if a problem occurs will send you a photostat to help you get the ball rolling with the Post Office.

USA

  • Very small, light (under 2 ounces) items will be sent first class.
  • Almost everything else will be sent Priority Mail.
  • Except for under $12.00 items, we ALWAYS use insurance in the U. S. A.
  • Our shipping charges are figured by weight, size and distance from our zip code, 06787, Thomaston, CT. to yours, according to the U. S. Postal Service Rates.
